Job summary

Schibsted Marketing Services is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer for Affiliate Technologies. You will build internal systems and tooling to collect data, automate processes, and support affiliate monetization across Norway and Sweden.

The role focuses on data pipelines, integration, and scalable tooling, collaborating with Ads Data Capabilities and other data teams to enable AI-ready data and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Interest in agentic engineering and AI tooling for coding.
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Develop data collection tools and process tooling for the affiliate business model.
• Develop a solution for managing and distributing commercial offers (“Tilbud”).
• Collaborate with our data teams to ensure affiliate distribution is powered by data available within Schibsted.
• Collaborate with our data teams to ensure all advertising can be powered with data generated by affiliate initiatives.
