Job summary

Schibsted is seeking a System Owner for AI Tools and Platforms to drive end-to-end enterprise AI initiatives. You will bridge software engineering, security, and user needs, delivering secure, scalable AI solutions across the organisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across VG, Aftenposten, SvD, Omni, TV4, and internal teams to ensure tools meet business requirements and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and tooling.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and governance for AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI platforms, configurations, integrations and health.
• Engage with end users to capture pain points and translate needs into AI solutions.
• Prototype models and workflows; validate solutions before wider rollout.
• Work with security teams to ensure secure deployment of AI tools.
• Contribute to internal AI usage policies and governance.
• Monitor costs and optimize AI tool usage and API expenditures.
