Job summary

360 Logistics in Drøbak near Oslo is seeking a founding engineer to build our core warehouse software in production. You will own architecture and critical parts, working directly with a founder who is hands‑on with development.

You will develop the WCS to orchestrate the flow between WMS and automation, and extend the platform for future robotics. This is a startup journey with equity upside and a path to technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering with data modelling and low-latency systems.
• Ability to own architecture and critical parts of a system.

Responsibilities
