Audun seeks a Senior Engineer in Oslo to help shape how coding agents are used to build and run our debt‑collection platform.

You’ll take AI models into a live product, learn from a small team, and contribute to tooling, reviews, and deployment pipelines that keep models safe and effective in production.

This role offers ownership of cloud deployments and end-to-end delivery of AI features.

The platform uses AI agents to understand cases, support decisions and talk with customers, and the engineer is expected to help shape how coding agents are used to build and run it. How it builds AI experience

Someone in this role would gain hands‑on experience taking AI models into a live product in debt collection, where mistakes matter and oversight is important. To prepare, build a small project that combines an AI model with a clear workflow, checks on its output, and a way to learn from feedback.
