Base360.ai is building the AI operating system for short-term rental operators. As Founder in Residence, you will identify major opportunities, build a new product vertical, assemble a team, validate markets and scale a standalone business with potential funding and executive backing.

You will lead across product, sales, marketing and operations, work with AI teams, and aim to create a long-term general manager role for your venture.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential opportunities in short-term rentals.
• Validate problems via research and direct conversations.
• Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit and lead your multidisciplinary team as the venture grows.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data-driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.
• Build a business that could become a standalone division or company.
