As CEO, you will shape the business strategy and lead execution in close partnership with the founders, CTO, board and investors. Your remit may span finding product–market fit, building a repeatable sales engine or accelerating international growth.

AI will be central to the company’s value proposition. You will ensure it translates into measurable customer outcomes, strong adoption and sustainable competitive advantage.

Your priorities will include:

• Translating business ambition into a focused strategy for an AI-powered SaaS or Services business.
  
• Defining target customers, positioning and pricing around clear customer value.
  
• Building a repeatable go-to-market model that drives acquisition, retention and expansion.
  
• Working with product and technology leaders to prioritise AI capabilities customers will pay for.
  
• Building a strong team and a culture of speed, ownership and commercial discipline.
  
• Managing recurring revenue growth, unit economics and cash runway, while aligning investors and securing capital when needed.

Your experience
You have built or scaled a SaaS or Services as a CEO, founder or senior executive. You bring a track record of growth and know how to turn early traction into scalable growth.

You understand SaaS or Services economics and how AI changes customer workflows, product differentiation and delivery costs. You work effectively with technical teams and connect product development with market demand. Experience with VC- or PE-backed companies, fundraising and board collaboration is valuable.
