Job summary

Snowboard Dachstein Tauern GmbH is seeking a sales-oriented professional for our Trondheim store. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and contribute to a dynamic, customer-focused team.

Prior retail streetwear or sporting goods experience is valued, along with strong language skills and reliability. Joining our team means embracing a fast-paced environment, continuous improvement, and a passion for core sports.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in streetwear, footwear, sporting goods, or accessories.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify customer needs and respond to them individually.
• Openness to new ideas and continuous development of the work environment.
• Strong team and communication skills and the ability to handle criticism and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of the local language and English, both written and spoken.
• High self-motivation, resilience, flexibility, and reliability.
• Interest in core sports, current scene trends, and product knowledge is an advantage.
