Job summary

Retailors, a Nike partner, is looking for an enthusiastic Athlete & Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store experience. You will deliver expert customer service, support sales targets, and ensure compelling product presentations on the shop floor.

In this role you’ll work with a dynamic team, applying Nike visual guidelines, stocking and merchandising standards, and participating in launches and campaigns. German language skills are a plus and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in retail, sales, customer service, or visual merchandising.
• Passion for Nike brand, sports, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Strong eye for product presentation, trends, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer service and deliver an outstanding, service-oriented shopping experience.
• Actively support the achievement of sales targets through professional customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Implement Nike visual merchandising guidelines and store standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure attractive and sales-driven presentations of products, mannequins, and displays.
• Support seasonal product launches, floor sets, and in-store campaign executions.
• Regularly review product presentations and ensure the sales floor consistently meets Nike standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
• Work closely with your team and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.
• Adhere to company policies as well as safety and loss prevention standards.
