Job summary

NES Advantage is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our team in Kristiansand. The role supports ongoing design activities and works closely with experienced engineers on Creo-based 3D modelling, 2D drawings, and BOM management.

The successful candidate holds a BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, has hands-on Creo experience, and is fluent in English. Norwegian is a plus; we value flexibility and creative problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical engineering. Relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Skilled mechanical engineer with hands-on experience with 3D design using Creo (Pro/Engineer).
• Experience with 2D drawings of mechanical equipment.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to identify effective technical solutions.
• Experience creating, managing, and updating BOMs.
• Enjoys working in a flexible and creative work environment.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English. Norwegian language is a plus.
