Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a restaurant or professional kitchen.
• Comfort with meat prep and grilling in a fast-paced service.
• Experience with a Josper grill or similar charcoal oven is a big plus.
• Ability to communicate in English; Norwegian and/or Spanish is a bonus.
