Nel Hydrogen is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead core finance activities and the Accounting Centre in Norway. You will combine financial reporting with forward‑looking analysis and close collaboration with the business.

The role focuses on financial governance, planning, and partnering with operational management to drive transparent decision‑making and continuous improvement across Norwegian entities.

Formación

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s plus extensive relevant experience may count.
• 5–8+ years in finance, accounting, audit or controlling; leadership experience.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls.
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and turning data into insights.
• Ability to manage and develop a small finance team and deliver through others.
• Strong ERP, Excel and reporting-tool capabilities.
• Good communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial reporting and closing activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual data.
• Lead Accounting Centre in Norway; coordinate accounting and reporting across entities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cost control.
• Partner with operational management and build business cases for investments.
• Ensure strong financial governance with internal controls and audits.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team for high-quality delivery.
• Drive finance process improvements with Group Finance and stakeholders.
