Job summary

Kongsberg Maritime is seeking two Financial Controllers for its Technology and IT Division to strengthen reporting, forecasting and financial support for technology projects. The roles focus on financial controlling, cost control, and risk management within a dynamic tech portfolio.

You will collaborate with VP Finance, project controllers, and finance peers across divisions, while adopting hybrid work arrangements and leveraging Excel, Dynamics and Hyperion for efficient cost allocation and

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in finance function.
Higher education within finance or accounting.
Good competence in Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle Hyperion is an advantage.
Good business understanding and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Reporting, forecasting and financial support for business units within Technology & IT
Work closely with project controllers and proactively oversee financial risks/opportunities in Tech & IT project portfolio, including cost control, milestones and forecast.
Perform business analysis for different parts of the business in close collaboration with VP Finance.
Collaborate with Finance team in other divisions to ensure successful development and implementation of cost allocation models.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation i.e. Power Query/Power BI
