Job summary

Securitas Norge is seeking an experienced Field Training Officer to lead onboarding and ongoing training for security personnel across sites. You will assess, certify officers, and maintain training records to ensure compliance and high performance.

The role requires coordination with site and regional leadership, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel between locations. A background in data centre security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, business management, and/or training.
• Experience delivering training and developing employees.
• Data centre experience is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites.
