Job summary

Kiilto is seeking a practical problem-solver to perform field service across Norway, primarily in Eastern Norway. You will install, calibrate and service dosing equipment, while ensuring customers understand how to achieve optimal results.

The role blends hands-on technical work with planning and direct customer contact; you will train customers, document activities and coordinate with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Must have practical experience assembling, maintaining or troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to operate as a practical problem-solver in the field.
• Norwegian language skills sufficient to guide customers and document work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service visits to restaurants, institutions and other professional customers.
• Mount and adjust dosing equipment with focus on safety, quality and ease of use.
• Troubleshoot by listening, testing and explaining solutions in understandable language.
• Train customers to maximize product effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions for customers.
• Document and plan next steps clearly.
