Role Description

As a Field Customer Support Specialist, Oslo, Norway, you will support customers across various lab-based scientific sectors. Your role will be diverse and engaging, with no two days the same!

Responsibilities

What do our Field Customer Support Specialists do? Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Install, qualify, validate, calibrate, maintain, and repair Waters systems.
  • Analyze and review system and scientific data to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with matrix teams to expedite repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and follow-up plans.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing advice and support on Waters products and services, and identifying opportunities to enhance their laboratory operations.

To support you in this role, you will receive comprehensive training, support from a fantastic team, and ongoing development opportunities.
