Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Field Services/Onsite Support Engineer to manage hardware issues onsite at client locations. The role involves PC refreshes, laptop configurations for new starters, and coordinating with hardware providers for break-fix and asset repairs.

The candidate should exhibit strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, SCCM/Intune, and mass OS deployments, with experience in multi-site support and effective incident handling.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system (Windows 10) and Office 2016/Office 365.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune administration and mass OS deployments.

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes and PC support with individual users.
• Laptop configuration for new starters.
• Assist with driver updates, patching and firmware.
• Assisting users in adapting to new technologies (quarterly sessions).
• Review and approve proposed or new Knowledge articles.
• OS version updates and profile recreations when central team cannot deploy.
• General queue monitoring and dispatching tickets.
