WorkShop's On-Demand team is now looking for Field Merchandisers to join our staffing pool! Whether you're a student or seeking a flexible role, this is a great opportunity to be part of various projects and take on work whenever it fits your schedule. About the Role:

As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently while maintaining close communication with managers and colleagues in the field. You will be involved in both short-term and long-term projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and follow-up of various activities. Your work will be goal-oriented, and you will be expected to provide reports according to established procedures.

Although your home base will be your hometown, your workplace will vary each day and week as you visit different retailers. This may require overnight stays in different locations and occasional weekend work. Therefore, it is essential that you are flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.

To succeed in the role, we see you fulfilling these criteria:

• Have experience in sales and/or customer service
• Are positive, driven, and social
• Are a natural spreader of joy and relationship builder
• Have a great passion for sales
• Have a driver's license and have access to a car

We value experience in similar roles, but we think it's even more important that you have a high level of ambition and a passion for development and creating successful customer interactions.
