About Field Aviation

Established in 1985, Field Aviation (Blom Aviation AS) is an airline with special expertise in collecting data from aircraft and drones. Our fleet consists of specially equipped aircraft where different sensor systems can be installed. Our pilots have extensive expertise and experience, ensuring efficient and safe operations for our customers. We are based at Rakkestad Airport, Norway.

Role introduction

Field Aviation has both permanent and seasonal pilots and is always interested in skilled employees. Our assignments vary from high season between April and September to low season between October and March. Many of the assignments are also weather-dependent, so we are extra busy during clear weather. Pilots are an important resource for us. It is the pilot's expertise and commitment that ensures the quality of what we deliver to our clients. Our assignments are carried out as a single pilot.

What We Look For In Our Pilots

The pilots at Field Aviation must be enterprising, proactive and flexible. Pilots with experience with our aircraft types will be preferred. To be considered for a position with us, you must meet these criteria:

• Valid CPL(A)
• Valid MEP/IR privileges
• Medical Class 1
• Class B driver's license
• Minimum 300 hours
