Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a skilled logistics operator to manage goods receipt, deviation handling, and material preparation for turnarounds and modifications at Bergen locations. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring safe handling of equipment using car, truck and crane with the required certificates.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, and a strong, collaborative working environment across project and permanent

Qualifications

• 3-5 years logistics experience
• Certificate of Apprenticeship
• Good business and supply chain understanding
• Basic understanding of the Supply Chain and movement of materials, requisitions and purchasing activities
• SAP competence and competence on other relevant digital tools.
• Interested in continous improvement in logistics and supply chain activites
• A high degree of accuracy and structure in your work execution

Responsibilities

• Goods receipt and goods receipt control, Deviation management, marking of equipment and intermediate storage
• Logistic tasks connected to turnarounds and modifications
• Preparation and delivery of material from warehouse; ensure professional services and communication towards internal and external stakeholders connected to preparation of material for planned activities
• Daily tasks require use of car, truck and crane (certificate of competence is required)
• Active contributor to continuous improvement, digitalization and building a strong working environment
• Be flexible to contribute at other locations upon request
