Job summary

Dovre Solutions is hiring for a fulltime warehouse logistics role at our facility in Kollsnes (with support at Sture). The main work location is Kollsnes, and the team collaborates across sites to ensure smooth material handling for turnarounds and planned activities.

The role requires 3–5 years of logistics experience, a Certificate of Apprenticeship, and strong knowledge of supply chain processes, SAP, and related digital tools. English and Norwegian language proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years logistic experience.
• Certificate of Apprenticeship.
• Good business and supply chain understanding.
• Basic understanding of the Supply Chain and movement of materials, requisitions and purchasing activities.
• SAP competence and competence on other relevant digital tools.
• Interested in continous improvement in logistics and supply chain activities.
• High degree of accuracy and structure in work execution.
• Language requirements: English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Goods receipt and goods receipt control.
• Deviation management.
• Marking of equipment and intermediate storage; logistic tasks for turnarounds and modifications.
• Preparation and delivery of material from warehouse.
• Ensure professional services and communication toward internal and external stakeholders for material prep.
• Daily tasks require use of car, truck and crane (certificate of competence required).
• Contribute to continuous improvement, digitization and a strong working environment.
• Be flexible to contribute at other locations upon request.

Function

We are looking for a candidate to work fulltime at our warehouse logistics facility at Kollsnes or Sture. Main work location will be Kollsnes, but we are one-team and help our team at Sture if they need help.
