Experienced Turner in Alta, Norway

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turner in Alta, Norway to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in turning and machining parts, preferably in a high-volume production environment.

As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating manual and CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manual and CNC lathes to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and solve any production issues
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in turning and machining parts
• Experience with manual lathes, CNC lathes, and other related equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
