Role Overview

We are looking for an Events, Community & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of regional events, the growth and engagement of the SCP Club (Supply Chain Professionals Club), and the coordination of digital and content initiatives.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining events support, community coordination, digital marketing, and video content creation. The role supports both physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistent communication, strong engagement, and professional delivery across channels.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing, Content & Video
  • Support the execution of digital marketing activities related to events and the SCP Club
  • Coordinate and produce content across digital channels
  • Edit short-form video content
  • Support basic video production workflows
  • Work with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Maintain and update content calendars related to events and SCP Club activities
  • Support basic performance tracking for digital and video content (reach, engagement, registrations)
SCP Club & Community Coordination
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of the SCP Club community
  • Assist with community communications across digital channels (email, LinkedIn, event platforms)
  • Maintain structured databases of members, event attendees, partners, and speakers
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing engagement and participation within the community
  • Collect feedback and insights from members and attendees
Event Coordination & Support
  • Support the coordination and execution of:
    • Networking events and community activities
    • Executive roundtables and knowledge sessions
    • Selected conferences
  • Assist with event logistics, including:
    • Supplier and venue coordination
    • Guest lists, registrations, and confirmations
    • On-site support during events
  • Capture content during events (photos/videos) where needed to support post-event marketing
  • Support post-event follow-ups and basic reporting
Tools, Administration & Reporting
  • Manage event registrations and community data using digital tools and platforms
  • Maintain trackers for events and timelines, digital content, and community engagement
  • Support KPI tracking across events, digital channels, and community growth
Qualifications
Education

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience (minimum 2–5 Years)
  • Marketing or digital marketing coordination
  • Content creation (including video editing)
  • Events or community support
  • Experience supporting B2B or professional audiences is a strong advantage
Skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on Experience With
  • Social media (Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Video editing tools, Canva, PowerPoint
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
