Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders and team by keeping the bar stocked and organised
• Prepare and replenish supplies and polish glassware
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth, efficient service in the evenings
• Assist with setup and break-down during shifts
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced guest experience
