Job summary

BYD Europe seeks a Network Development Manager to lead dealer performance discussions and shape market strategy for Norway & Iceland. You will drive network representation, assess dealer capital and capability, and guide profitability improvements across the BYD network.

The role requires strong automotive experience, solid financial acumen, and fluency in Norwegian and English, enabling effective collaboration across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; business management or engineering background preferred.
• At least 8 years of related automotive industry experience in the hiring regions.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop network strategy for Norway and Iceland dealer partners.
• Develop and execute Market Representation Business Plan.
• Identify dealers with capital, capacity, customer satisfaction and character.
• Strengthen dealer profitability and facilitate BYD network development.
• Lead dealership and related contract negotiations; network consolidation.
• Coordinate with resources to align task roles across all business levels and functions.
