Job summary

Boardwave is seeking a Community Marketing Manager to be at the heart of our Europe-wide ecosystem. You’ll welcome new members on day one, drive onboarding and engagement, and build campaigns that attract the next generation of scaling leaders.

You’ll partner with programmes, partnerships and operations to ensure coherence and warmth across all touchpoints. You’ll own newsletters, community channels, and events, while collaborating with a copywriter and a senior growth consultant.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, community, or communications.
• Experience owning campaigns and channels end-to-end.
• Strong creative instincts with brand judgement.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI to improve productivity.
• Experience in or around a community, scale-up, investor or agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own member onboarding, engagement and activation within the Boardwave community.
• Run member growth campaigns across Europe, attracting scaling leaders.
• Surface partner offers and introductions to members at the right time.
• Build and maintain the Boardwave brand across channels, events and communications.
• Be a visible, trusted face of Boardwave to members and partners.
