Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS in Norway seeks an Environmental Advisor to support environmental management across projects. You will provide expert advice, conduct assessments and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Requires a higher degree, 5–10 years of experience, knowledge of NCS/EU regulations, and fluency in English and Norwegian; offshore safety course (GSK) is preferred. Permanent- or project-based employment is offered with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental support to activities and projects.
• Contribute to environmental risk assessments and chemical assessments.
• Support regulatory processes and government correspondence.
• Coordinate collection, verification, and reporting of environmental performance data (CSRD/OGMP).
• Provide advice on environmental performance, emissions management and reduction initiatives.
• Drive improvements in environmental data systems and reporting tools.
