Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
No prior experience required, but candidates with previous experience in customer service or IT support will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems in a timely manner.
Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers and other peripherals.
Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
