Job summary

RapidFix Services in Svalbard seeks an Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist to join our IT team. You will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain computer systems and networks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1,700 USD per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions.
• Install and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document all support activities for future reference.
