Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager through the project lifecycle on assigned HVAC and mechanical construction projects. You will assist in pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, managing subcontractors/vendors, and scheduling.

The role emphasizes safety, planning, and coordination with project teams to deliver on time and within budget. A Bachelor's in Construction Management and 0-2 years field experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years applicable field work experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to read construction plans and specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.
• Hands-on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings and investigations.
• Supports project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
• Assists in planning and managing installation of HVAC and plumbing to meet code and project requirements on time and under budget.
• Participates in meetings to achieve project and departmental goals.
• Assists in preparing vendor/subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Participates in monthly reports and cost reviews, noting deviations from plan or schedule.
• Works with the project team to bring the project in on time and under budget.
• Assists with estimating change orders, project documentation, and close-out, including commissioning.
