Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and identify any potential delays or issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
