Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in the city of Bergen. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires extensive experience in the construction industry and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor progress on site and address any issues or delays
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Manage project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
• Participate in regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management

Salary:

The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:

This is a contract job based in Bergen. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in the city.
