Job summary

RedLine Freight Services in Bergen, Norway is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee its construction projects from planning to completion and to lead a team of workers on site.

You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, read blueprints, monitor safety, manage schedules and budgets, and report progress to upper management. This is a full-time role with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management software.
• Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents.
