About the role

Our Identity and Access Management team is committed to helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of digital identity and access management. As a leading provider of strategic advisory and business consultancy services, we specialize in delivering innovative and secure solutions that drive business success. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Enterprise IAM Architect to join our team in Stockholm, Oslo, Hellerup or Amsterdam.

The Enterprise IAM Architect will play a pivotal role in advising and guiding our clients on their Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM, with good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will not only have technical expertise but also the ability to provide strategic advisory services, helping clients align their IAM initiatives with their overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them define and implement IAM strategies that align with their business goals, with a focus on IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
  • Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of comprehensive IAM solutions across complex, multi-national environments.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective IAM strategies and roadmaps.
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection and integration of IAM technologies, ensuring they meet both current and future business requirements.
  • Conduct assessments of existing IAM infrastructures, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate clients on best practices in IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and developments in IAM, advising clients on how to leverage emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, from initial consultation through to post-implementation support.

Location: Preferred location is Stockholm, Sweden but other European locations will be considered for the right candidate.

  • 7+ years of experience in IAM, with basic understanding of and specific expertise in at least one of the following areas: IGA, PAM, and CIAM.
  • Proven experience in a strategic advisory or business consultancy role, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Familiar with IAM technologies such as LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, SAML, and directory services.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and native proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch (specific to location).
  • Ability to travel as needed across the Nordic region and the Benelux.
