We are looking for a Product Developer to join our cross-functional team. You will develop highly industrialized, mass-produced work chairs with smart and innovative technical solutions, ensuring best-in-class functionality, premium quality, cost-effectiveness, and suitability for mass production.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, prototype, test, and engineer products, mechanisms, and solutions.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams for integrated product development.
• Engineer components using thermoplastics, cast and extruded aluminium, formed steel, and assemblies.
• Create CAD models in SolidWorks from concept to industrialized product.
• Perform FEM analysis using SolidWorks plugin.
• Assemble and test prototypes.
• Follow up on tooling and industrialization processes.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Educational background in MSc Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in parametric 3D modelling of complex components and assemblies.
• Experience with 2D drafting of production drawings.
• Knowledge of moulded components (cast aluminium, thermoplastics, etc.).
• Proficiency in one of the Nordic languages and English.
