Job description

We are looking for engine mechanics to support the maintenance and overhaul of the Pratt & Whitney F135 for one of our main clients in Norway

Responsibilities

  • Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of Pratt & Whitney F135 engines

  • Diagnose engine issues and perform corrective actions to OEM standards

  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

  • Work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and support personnel

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engine overhaul program


Requirements

  • Experienced Engine Overhaul Technician – Proven background working with military or commercial jet engines

  • Experienced Aircraft Mechanic – Strong mechanical background with a willingness to be trained and certified in F135 engine overhaul procedures

  • Ability to work in Norway for the duration of the project

  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • NATO Clearance desirable

  • British Citizen or 5 Years Work history in the UK

  • Must speak fluent technical English


Conditions

  • At least 12 months duration of the project

  • Project Starts November

  • Based Rygge, Norway

  • Good rate in accordance with experience

  • Relocation costs covered at start and end

  • Local single occupancy apartment for duration of contract

  • 20 days holiday per year, plus 6 national days

  • Full time position
