Job summary

Accenture PLC is actively seeking a Consultant in the Resources team to guide Nordic energy clients through the energy transition. You will lead project workstreams, deliver strategic recommendations, and manage client relationships while leveraging AI, data, and technology to drive measurable outcomes.

Based in Norway, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize operating models, design future-proof strategies, and position clients for growth in the evolving energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in management or strategy consulting, energy sector experience preferred.
• Strong Norwegian and English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
