To manage the employee relations services and related personnel administration activities by ensuring effective handling of all staff service related issues, delivering high quality HR services and high internal customer satisfaction. Monitor smooth and accurate preparation of staff files, medical insurance, GOSI, leaves, travel, benefits processing, Letters etc. in accordance with established policies and procedures and Saudi Labor Law.
