Job summary

Aon is seeking a dynamic Head of Risk Financing & Analytics for EMEA to shape and lead the region's analytics strategy across risk financing. You will align client engagement, growth, and innovative analytics to help multinational clients quantify and finance their risk exposures while strengthening Aon's analytic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics or risk consulting.
• Proven track record leading client-facing analytics initiatives and delivering commercial value.
• Experience leading multi-geography teams and engaging senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to deliver analytics-led solutions.
• Support business development activity by articulating the value of analytics capabilities.
• Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools and solutions.
• Foster innovation in emerging risk areas including climate, cyber, AI and supply chain risks.
• Establish standard analytics delivery methodologies across the region.
