You will assess, stabilize, and treat patients en route to care facilities, using advanced life support and specialized devices. The role requires extensive critical care experience and CAMTS-compliant practices.

Competenze

• Five years of critical care experience including ICU and ER.
• ABLS or Burn Education completed within 12 months of hire.
• ATLS or equivalent completed within 12 months of hire.
• CFRN/CEN/CCRN/CTRN certifications obtained within 90 days to 1 year.
• FEMA certifications completed within 90 days of hire.
• RN license and interstate compact eligibility confirmed.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification current or obtained within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced transport environment.
• Apply flight physiology and advanced clinical judgment in challenging cases.
• Evaluate scenes, triage, and escalate care per AirMed guidelines.
• Assist with patient loading and safe aircraft operations.
• Document care and participate in peer review and training activities.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff; engage in CAMTS education.
• Maintain readiness for 24/7 AirMed coverage and rotating shifts.
