Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Trondheim, Norway, is seeking a senior electronics design engineer to lead advanced hardware development from concept to shipped system. You will design schematics, layout PCBs, mentor junior engineers, and drive projects through all phases.

The role requires hands-on expertise in high-speed analog/digital design, multi-layer PCB techniques, testing, debugging, and robust measurement methods to validate performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in electronics design.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex PCB design techniques (10 layers++, semi-rigid, HSD, low noise analog).
• Experience with testing and debugging electronics.
• Experience with electronics measurement techniques for high speed digital, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics design tasks including schematic design and PCB layouts.
• Mentor other team members and drive development projects from idea to shipped system.
• Hands-on R&D involvement through the whole product development lifecycle.

Job description

As a senior electronics design engineer, your daily tasks will mostly consist of electronics design, including schematic design, PCB layouts, mentoring other team members and tightly following development projects from start to finish. The R&D team are always working on “the next product”, and you will be a very hands‑on engineer in the research and development phase from idea to first system shipped to client.

Basic requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Cybernetics.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in electronics design.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex PCB design techniques. (10 layers++, semi‑rigid, HSD, low noise analog etc)
• Experienced with testing and debugging electronics
• Experience with electronics measurement techniques for high speed digital etc
