Nscale is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical delivery for data centre construction in Narvik, Norway. This role involves overseeing compliance with codes and safety standards, managing technical execution from design through to commissioning, and promoting technical excellence across projects.

With over 7 years of experience in the field, candidates should have strong knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage systems, UPS, and stakeholder management skills. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI infrastructure development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical delivery management, especially in data centres.
• Proven expertise in HV/LV systems, UPS, and generators.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all electrical construction activities and ensure compliance.
• Review design drawings and validate technical documentation.
• Manage interfaces between electrical and other disciplines.
• Monitor progress and identify risks across all electrical packages.
• Support integrated systems testing and ensure system verification.
• Conduct coordination meetings with contractors and internal teams.
