Job summary

Nscale is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the electrical system delivery for hyperscale data centre projects in Narvik, northern Norway. You will steer the technical execution from design coordination through construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring safety, quality and seamless integration with building systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing electrical delivery in data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power conditioning, and controls systems.
• Experience coordinating design, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with project reporting and scheduling tools.
• Fluent in English; additional local languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring design intent, schedule, and technical standards.
• Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance.
• Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines (Mechanical, Controls, CSA).
• Monitor and report on progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning across all electrical packages.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases.
• Support integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification and documentation of electrical systems.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
