Job summary

Thor is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead electrical works for large-scale data centre and industrial projects in Norway. You will oversee design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover while managing subcontractors, suppliers and safety on site.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in electrical project management, strong knowledge of power distribution and controls, and familiarity with BIM and construction management platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in electrical project or package management.
• Experience delivering electrical works on large-scale data centre, industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting and electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full electrical package from design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor programme, resources, quality and costs for timely delivery.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications and proposed changes.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards and regulations.
• Support final testing, commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
