Manage an allocated electrical work package for CTS as EPC contractor on hyperscale data centre construction. Work across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces to meet agreed safety, quality and delivery requirements.
Coordinate assigned work and request information or corrective action within delegated scope. Intervene and intervene or not? Escalate cost, scope and programme changes for approval. Contractual, personnel and spending authority follows CTS delegation. Permits, switching, energisation, and lifting approvals require specific competence and, where applicable, appointment.
Relevant degree or technical diploma in electrical engineering, or equivalent practical competence.
High-voltage and low-voltage systems, containment, cabling, earthing and electrical completion interfaces. Fluent written and spoken English is required. Norwegian or Scandinavian language skills are an advantage. Use digital project tools and maintain reliable records.
Typically 7+ years in comparable large-scale construction; relevant industrial or critical infrastructure experience preferred. Demonstrate transferable experience from complex EPC, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects.
Communicate clearly, cooperate across disciplines and act promptly on constraints. Combine practical judgement with accurate follow-up and a calm approach under pressure.
