Zusammenfassung

CTS Group seeks an experienced Electrical Package Manager to own the delivery of an assigned electrical package on a large-scale project. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing, and handover, leading subcontractors and coordinating with project managers to meet safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

The role requires 5–7 years in electrical management on major projects, a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of electrical management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting and control systems.
• Experience with project management tools, design software and modelling tools; BIM advantageous.
• Kvandal data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong leadership and stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate electrical package design, installation and commissioning.
• Lead subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme.
• Manage interfaces with Electrical Project Managers, Supervisors and other disciplines.
• Inspect and monitor installation quality with QA/QC; reject nonconforming work or materials and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Resolve technical and logistical issues during construction and commissioning, escalating matters requiring wider project decisions.
• Maintain accurate package documentation and ensure compliance with applicable legal, technical and safety requirements.
• Monitor package milestones, risks and cost implications; support change control and provide clear reporting to project leadership.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning readiness and close out defects, records and handover deliverables for the assigned package.
