g2 Recruitment seeks a freelance Electrical Manager for a 12+ month onsite datacentre project in Kristiansand, Norway. You will oversee temporary electrical installations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with Norwegian safety standards and regulations.

English is essential; a DSB certificate is mandatory. Onsite role with 50+ hours weekly, accommodation and transport provided.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Electrical Manager on large-scale Datacentre, Industrial, Energy, or Infrastructure projects.
• Experience with temporary electrical installations on live construction sites.
• Experience with temporary transformers, LV distribution panels, switchboards, and site power infrastructure.
• Management Level DSB Certificate (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, energisation procedures, and Norwegian regulations.
• English speaking essential.
• Norwegian language advantageous.

Seeking a freelance electrical manager on a 12+ month freelance contract, supporting the installation and management of temporary electrical infrastructure across a large-scale datacentre construction project. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the installation of temporary electrical panels, transformers, and site power distribution systems, whilst managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with Norwegian electrical regulations and safety standards.

• HOURS: 50+ Hours per Week (Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work)

Essential Skills:
