We are now looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to help us enhance Volue’s ability to deliver value to customers aligned with our mission.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant or a Consultant interested in supporting electrical grid companies in their daily operations, to join our Consultancy team in Trondheim, Oslo, or Stockholm. Our teams deliver software solutions for Scandinavian electrical grid companies. Typical tasks include:

1. Developing and implementing digital tools for grid companies
2. Providing advisory services related to these products
3. Data conversion and migration
4. Technical problem solving
5. Installation and upgrades
6. Customization and integration

We welcome applicants with a few years of experience, or recent graduates with a background in power engineering or electrical grids. It’s important that you have an interest in technology and in delivering software for critical infrastructure. You should be focused on quality, eager to learn, and open to expanding your knowledge.

What you need to succeed:

You are proactive, initiative-taking, and interested in personal and professional development. You enjoy solving challenges, are solution-oriented, curious about new technologies, and understand commercial needs. Creating excellent customer experiences and working collaboratively with colleagues are also important to you.

• Relevant education at Bachelor or Master level in electrical grid, renewable energy, or power engineering
• Interest in GIS or network information systems is a plus
• Interest in software and programming
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn
• For the senior role, experience with consultancy for grid companies or similar industries is required
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language and excellent English communication skills

This position is part of the Power Grid Consultancy, reporting to a team lead, based in Trondheim, Oslo, or Stockholm.
