Job Purpose

TechnipFMC is a leading technology provider to the traditional and new energies industry, delivering fully integrated projects, products, and services.

Due to our global projects growth, we are now seeking a "Tendering Engineer" to join our teams in our Paris office, in order to provide support to our tender/project teams and to the wider business on all estimating matters and supporting the development and ongoing use of estimating/costing systems.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include the following, but not limited to:

  1. You will ensure the delivery of assigned proposals/offers within time, budget and quality constraints, all tendering procedures and the commercial strategy/offer established according to sales and client’s requirements.
  2. On an internal level you will be dealing with our business development and sales teams, project managers, technical teams, estimating departments, finance and legal departments.
  3. On an external level, you will be dealing with our customers, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
  4. You will manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.
  5. You will be developing plans for streamlining tender processes.
  6. Coordinating and preparing high-quality responses to tender documents.
  7. Coordinating the preparation of qualification documents, sales documentation and publication.
  8. Facilitating the transfer of the project to the project manager.

You are meant for this job if:

  1. You hold a Degree in business or engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years working in a similar position within the Oil & Gas Industry preferred.
  3. You have strong time-management and organizational skills.
  4. You have the ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
  5. Well-developed negotiation skills.
  6. You are proactive, and a driving force to make projects progress.
  7. You have a C1 level of English and French (written and oral).
  8. You hold a strong experience in an international environment.
