Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic enterprise-wide ERP transformation based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Norway. You will govern the program, coordinate cross-functional streams, and partner with IT, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and measurable business value.

You will drive the integrated plan, manage budgets and dependencies, and oversee partners and vendors while reporting to executive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Extensive experience leading large-scale IT programs and ERP implementations.
Strong governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, IT, architecture, security, integrations, testing, and operations.
Experience managing implementation partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead the Dynamics 365 ERP program and related workstreams.
Establish governance structures, reporting, milestones, and decision forums.
Own and maintain the integrated program plan (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business processes, data, integration, testing, change management.
Drive alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Lead implementation, migration, release, cutover, and readiness activities.
Mentor project teams and improve program delivery practices.
