Completion Engineer – Handover Coordinator

As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner, NES Advantage is seeking a Completion Engineer – Handover Coordinator.

This position is based at Mongstad with a regular work schedule. No hybrid or rotation options are available.

Aker Solutions manages energy assets throughout their lifecycle, from start-up to decommissioning. We focus on safe operations, optimizing field utilization, and extending field life. Our services include business development, modifications, and maintenance projects. With a global trend towards decarbonization, we support our clients in reducing emissions, including delivering brownfield electrification of offshore facilities.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate the handover process according to project plans and milestones.
• Track progress in construction, mechanical completion, punch closure, and document delivery.
• Generate RFC and RFO certificates and follow up on signings.
• Collaborate with Construction, Completion, and Operations teams to ensure all handover requirements are met.

We think you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of Completion experience on Norwegian offshore projects.
• Proven knowledge in Completion processes.
• Relevant experience from similar roles.
• Familiarity with ProCoSys.
• Practical field experience from construction sites.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
